This page details how to login to your account and how long your session is valid.

With Master Password

To login to your account, you will need your email address, Master password and 2-step verification (if enabled on your account).

2-Step Verification (if enabled in your account)

If enabled, you will be prompted for 2-step verification. The available options depend on your subscription plan level.

Session Unlock PIN (mobile-app only)

As a convenience, you can set a session unlock PIN once you login to Vaulted from a mobile-app. This alleviates the need to re-login every time you open Vaulted app. This PIN is valid for the duration of the session. If entered incorrectly 3 times, Vaulted session will logout automatically and you must re-login again.

Session Validity

When you login to Vaulted, your session validity depends on the platform, your device among other risk factors. In general,

Vaulted web-app: will auto-expire and logout after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Vaulted mobile-app: will generally expire every 30 days (if session unlock PIN is enabled)
